Cancellation and Returns Please review the email you receive confirming your order to make sure you ordered correctly. We are not responsible for any incorrect orders placed. Please to do not return the item until speaking with a customer service representative to receive authorization and instructions for the return. If you need to cancel/change your order before it ships please notify us immediately at 1-844-535-3722.
Any cancellation of an order (including pre-arrivals) must be done within 3 days of placing the order and prior to shipment of the order. All cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus any incurred shipping charges unless there was an error on our part. The restocking fee is not a penalty but compensates us for our loss due to additional shipping and warehousing fees. Should you decide to cancel your order for any reason following your original order submission and it is not cancelled prior to Bottle ePac being assessed credit card fees then your order amount will be refunded you less the credit card handling fees.
Any return must be signaled within 10 days of receipt of your order. You must include a copy of the original receipt in the package and please email or call to inform us that you are returning the shipment. We will only issue a refund on orders that were incorrectly shipped to you (i.e., wrong size box, etc). We will not accept returns of boxes that have been harmed during transportation or due to extreme weather conditions.
Pricing and Availability
All listed prices do not include shipping/delivery charges. All listed prices do not include sales tax. Prices, ratings/reviews and availability are subject to change without notice. Although it rarely happens, we do make mistakes in pricing so we reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Online freight calculator provides a reasonable best guesstimate of freight on an average typical order configuration. Actual freight may differ from that quoted due to fluctuations in order quantities and size shippers. Our freight calculator is intended to provide our customers with discounted freight whenever possible but it doesn’t always reflect the true freight when our boxes are offered as part of a special sales effort. Should it happen that the freight calculator is understated, you will be notified of any necessary changes in freight charges prior to any adjustments being made via email. Once the adjustments have been completed your order should ship within 24- 36 hours. Bottle ePac cannot guarantee the availability of all items on our website. Occasionally we run out of an item before we can reflect that on the website. In the event that we do run out of an item you ordered, we will promptly contact you via email or telephone. At that time you can cancel your order or substitute another product.
OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS AND PROVISIONS:
- REGULAR SHIPPING: Posted Shipping charges found on website at checkout for specific provinces/states. Regular shipping and freight charges may vary depending on the need for special services or carrier reclassification.
- Note: Orders which require additional services, ie: liftgate or Forklift on delivery, .limited access or residential delivery, or advance notification, etc may incur additional fees by the freight carrier over and above published shipping rates Orders exceeding 2 full pallets may incur a second charge equal to the original flat rate. Please call us for any special shipping arrangements or large volume orders.
- Orders exceeding weight limits established for NMFC# 29275-02 class code may be assessed an additional $45.00. All orders are subject to the Terms and Conditions provisions found under “Terms and Conditions” portion of this website. Placement of order is confirmation of your acceptance of all terms and conditions. If orders require multiple pallets the corresponding flat rates for additional pallets may apply. $7.00 small order handling charge for orders less than $70.00 which may be debited in a separate credit card transaction. Full freight charges apply to small orders less than $70.00. Please review Terms and Conditions before placing order.
Carrier and Delivery Times
We ship Commercial Freight or Ground, Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air via Purolator:
- Ground Service – approximately one (2) to seven (7) business days in transit
• 3-Day Air – three (3) business days in transit
• 2-Day Air – two (2) business days in transit
• Next-Day Air – one (1) business day in transit
In calculating transit times, shipping companies do not count the day the item is picked up. Generally, all orders will be confirmed via e-mail and processed within two (3) business days. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there are any problems with your order. We will notify you by email of any unexpected delays in processing and/or shipping your order.
If the shipment is returned to us for an improper or incomplete address we will charge you again for re-shipment. So please make sure the address is complete including business name, department or mail stop, if any, and suite number if going to a business complex.
All items are subject to availability. Orders placed on this website, by email or by phone are not final. Your credit card is verified and charged automatically following approval by your credit card company. Orders placed with us are received in the form of a request and are considered confirmed at the time of credit card processing and will be processed accordingly. If there is any problem with your order, we will notify you (usually within 48 hours). Otherwise, we will process your order, including the method of shipment/delivery and insurance charges, and (if applicable) tax. All orders placed through the website must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments can be made by wire transfer, certified check, or by domestic credit card. Personal checks may also be accepted from qualified customers. International payments require a wire transfer. Credit card transactions are the preferred method for all new customers.
Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card you will be informed and the order will not be processed. If you encounter any problems in placing an order though the shopping cart, please call or email us for assistance.
Limitation of Liability for Damages:
Bottle ePac maintains no responsibility for claims for merchandise lost, broken or damaged during shipment or in the possession of non Bottle ePac employees once customer’s order has been processed and has left the shipping point of origin. Except for “Breakage or Unexplained Shortages”, as discussed below, Bottle ePac shall not be responsible in any way for any alleged defect in or damage to the Customer’s cased goods, while in the possession of a common carrier or any other alternative freight services providers or the consequences thereof. Bottle ePac shall bear responsibility for only that amount of “Unexplained Shortages” which were directly related to negligence on the part of Bottle ePac’s placement of the order. Bottle ePac’s liability is to produce within a specified period of time that amount of shortage provided the shortage was properly ordered and verified and payment had been received for same and was expressly due to the causes created by Bottle ePac and not any carrier or manufacturer utilized. Bottle ePac shall have no liability for breakage or “Unexplained Shortages” caused by common carriers, Customer’s employees, or others.
